The second annual Local Foods Gathering will be in Laramie the afternoon of Sunday, April 11 from 12:30 to 5pm in the UW Classroom Building (on 9th Street) on the campus of the University of Wyoming. The keynote will be Mike and Cindy Ridenour of Meadow Maid Foods (of Yoder, WY) on the topic of Seeing the New in Old: A Progressive Step Backward in Food Production.
